BURN Class description

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Alternating between resistance training & heart pumping cardio. You will follow two screens for strength training and two boards/screens for the cardio section. The resistance training apparatus could consist of (dumbbells, cable cross tower, rest bands, med balls or body weight) After the first round of 8-10 mintutes of strength or cardio the is a very small break btw the transition. This is high-energy well programed class that will keep your metabolism revved up for hours after class is done.

Cardio apparatus – Incline Trainer Treadmill, Spin Bike, Row Machine, Battle Ropes
