BURN SESSIONS

At BURN we welcome people of any fitness level to get their best total-body workout in just 60 minutes. Backed by proven science, our instruction is designed to keep heart rates safely in the BURN zone. This maximizes your calorie burn both during and after your workout.

Are you at the beginning of your fitness journey? Or perhaps already in great shape looking for that extra something? Either way, BURN sessions are made for every fitness level. During each on hour class, you’ll move between spin bikes, treadmills, indoor rowing and weight room/resistance training blocks. We change up the workout, and adjust it to keep you safe while pushing you into the perfect zone.
