Beginning with a dynamic warmup and open format for 25 minutes of class is mostly body weight exercises & DB weight training. The second half of the class is a circuit training with Cable Cross machines, and cardio machines.

A HIIT circuit 40-/0 or 45/15 of Strength, Resistance Training and  Endurance training. You’ll move through the stations and repeat 4x’s thru for 3 boards finishing with a cardio blast at the end.
